Ephesus Baptist Church is located in the heart of Essex County, Virginia, just outside the Town of Tappahannock. We are easily accessible from the surrounding Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula communities.

Parking is available on-site at Ephesus Baptist Church. When you arrive, simply find an open space in our parking lot and make your way inside. If you’re visiting for the first time and aren’t sure where to go, one of our church family members will be happy to point you in the right direction.

Absolutely! Children are an important part of our church family at Ephesus Baptist Church. We offer age-appropriate Sunday School classes where kids can learn about God and grow in their faith in a fun, welcoming environment.

Children are also always welcome to worship alongside their families during our Sunday morning service. We want kids of all ages to feel at home at Ephesus!

Our Sunday morning worship service is a relaxed and welcoming time of worship, prayer, fellowship, and biblical teaching. You can expect traditional music, congregational singing, prayer, and a message from God’s Word.

Services typically last about an hour, and there’s no pressure to know exactly what to do or when to do it. Whether you’ve been attending church your whole life or this is your very first Sunday, we want you to feel comfortable and welcome at Ephesus Baptist Church.

We believe everyone has gifts that can be used to serve God and others! Whether you’re interested in working with children, music, outreach, missions, hospitality, or another area of ministry, there’s a place for you to get involved at Ephesus Baptist Church.
